Global Packaging systems is a manufacturing company that designs and builds thermoforming molds for the solid sheet and foam industries. We can design and build new tooling, build duplicates tooling from prints, repair and rebuild existing tooling.

We also offer standard machines for pouch sealing and automated closing of hinged lid containers after filling.

ProSealer System Description

GPS ProSealTM System seals a variety of material and bag types including, EX poly/poly, PET Laminates, Press to close, Slide-Rite advanced closure systems and standard open mouth bags.

The ProSealTM is designed for portability allowing it to be located over an existing conveyor. It also incorporates height adjustment that enables the operator to set the elevation of the system to the surface of the conveyor. The panel mounted speed control allows the system to operate simultaneously with the conveyor. A pair of carrier belts guides the bag through the system holding it at the proper height for sealing as it passes between a set of heater bars. read more...
